GESCO metal bending technology

For over 30 years, GESCO-metall GmbH has stood for quality, competence and experience in the field of contract bending. The production focuses are curved parts for windows, doors and facades as well as complex special profiles for industrial construction, vehicle manufacturing, plant engineering and medical technology. It goes without saying that we also bend aluminium cover caps for the wood/aluminium field.

Our bending technology range is rounded off by complete curved elements, including electrolytic oxidation of aluminium, powder coating, metal fittings and glass together with window sills and soffit cladding.

Portholes: A Real Eye-Catcher

For years, GESCO has manufactured portholes made of stainless steel and also portholes made of aluminium. These frames are a real eye-catcher for internal and external doors, panels and facades.

GESCO’s portholes are used in a wide range of facilities, such as hotels, gastronomy, airports, hospitals, nurseries, schools, etc., not just because of their appearance but also due to their practicality.

Six Sizes – Five Designs – in Stainless Steel and Aluminium

The portholes are produced in six different standard sizes of 200, 250, 300, 350, 400 and 500 mm (cut-outs in door panel/nominal diameter). Five designs are available: invisible, screw fittings that are visible on one or both sides, flat-leaf screw or folded screw. (Request tender)

The surface of the stainless steel portholes is finely brushed, while the aluminium portholes can be either finely brushed, RAL powder-coated or anodised. To satisfy individual customer requirements, it is possible to produce the portholes up to a side length of 60 mm. Stainless steel glazing frames in various square-cut designs round off the range.
