For more than 25 years, GESCO-metall has been manufacturing high-quality portholes made of stainless steel and aluminum. They are used in interior doors (classic, sliding, or swing doors), exterior doors, panels, and façades. These light openings are functional and an elegant detail. They offer a quick and effective way to add a modern accent to any space. Portholes are used both in private settings and various facilities such as offices, medical practices, hotels, laboratories, restaurants, airports, hospitals, kindergartens, schools, trade fairs, etc.

Portholes as a blick frame set accents

GESCO-metall manufactures portholes in six different sizes. Customers can also choose from five mounting variants: invisible screws (A), screws visible on one side (B), screws visible on both sides (C), leaf-mounted (D), and rebate-mounted (E).

The surface of the stainless steel portholes is finely brushed. Aluminum portholes can be supplied finely brushed, powder-coated according to RAL, or anodized.

For custom designs, it is possible to manufacture portholes with a leg length of up to 58 mm. This allows for a wide range of door and wall thicknesses to be covered.

At GESCO-metall, stainless steel portholes are available in the following standard sizes: Ø 200 mm, Ø 250 mm, Ø 300 mm, Ø 350 mm, Ø 400 mm, Ø 500 mm (cut-out diameter in the door leaf/nominal diameter). The portholes can be ordered in five mounting variants: invisibly screwed (A), screwed visibly on one side (B), visibly screwed on both sides (C), with leaf mounting (D), or with rebate mounting (E). The surface of the stainless steel portholes is finely brushed. To meet individual customer needs, portholes can be manufactured with a leg length of up to 58 mm (standard leg length = 15.5 mm).

The invisible screw mounting of our Stainless Steel Type A portholes ensures a smooth, easy-to-clean surface of the round frame.

PORTHOLES in aluminum
in various designs

At GESCO-metall, aluminum portholes are available in the following standard sizes: Ø 200 mm, Ø 250 mm, Ø 300 mm, Ø 350 mm, Ø 400 mm, Ø 500 mm (cut-out diameter in the door leaf / nominal diameter). The portholes are available in five mounting options: invisibly screwed (A), visibly screwed on one side (B), visibly screwed on both sides (C), with leaf mounting (D), or with rebate mounting (E). The surface of the aluminum portholes is finely brushed. For an additional charge, they are also available powder-coated in RAL colors or anodized.

To meet individual customer requirements, portholes can be manufactured with a leg length of up to 58 mm (standard leg length = 16 mm).

The invisible screw mounting of our Aluminum Type A portholes ensures a smooth, easy-to-clean surface of the round frame.
